Fully understand food for your body. We will go over calories in vs calories out, a calorie deficit, macros, and working out the exact number of calories and macros to suit your individual body.
Rebooting Your Metabolism
After years of chronic dieting your body might need a reset. In this session I will go deep into how you can heal your body and metabolism, take yourself through a reset, identify if you need one right now, and understand the warning signs of when you do need to reset.
Mindset Mastery
Understanding and then mastering self sabotage and emotional eating can seem daunting, but in this session I will carefully break down how to combat both and finally free yourself.
Self Love and Acceptance - Start to believe in yourself!
This session will include group journaling and visualisation around your beliefs of food, exercise, your environment and yourself.
Pulling It All Together
Managing stress, energy and mindset so you don’t ever fall off again! Understand why you might fall off the wagon, and exactly how to get back on. At the end of this session we will do a group meditation to get to the root of what’s holding you back as well as go through grounding and de-stress techniques!

A Q+A call where you get 1:1 support from me and everyone gets the opportunity to get coached by me and have all of your questions answered before we close the program.
